Haven't received my order yet after nearly 3 weeks. I did email and ask about it but got no reply.

Hi Michaela I am so sorry. This was not intentional. I have reasoned to your email which I missed to organise either a refund or to send your order out tommorrow with a free gift as an apology, wishing you had contacted me sooner and I would have been able to see that it was missed - sorry once again.
